Standard Damage Cover is included in the rental price for authorised drivers on sealed roads, subject to the complete rental agreement. It covers the rental vehicle, theft or attempted theft and third-party property damage, with a $4,500 excess for each separate incident.

No. The $200 refundable security deposit and the $4,500 Damage Cover excess are different. The deposit is held for return conditions and other properly chargeable amounts; it does not cap the amount payable after damage, an incident or a breach.

Pickup and return are at Bounce on Magnetic Island. When all requirements are complete, your collection instructions and lockbox code are emailed five minutes before pickup.

Yes—add up to four additional drivers for $10 each per booking. Every driver uploads the front and back of their licence, completes declarations and signs individually before driving.

Each started 24-hour period is charged as another day. A rental of 24 hours or less is one day; 24 hours and one minute is two days.

The full $200 deposit is refunded to the original payment method after staff check the returned car, provided it is returned on time to the Bubblegum Cars spaces in the Bounce car park, with a full fuel tank and no new damage. If an agreed return is after 6:00pm and the island fuel stations are closed, Bubblegum Cars’ after-hours refuelling arrangement applies. Refunds are normally initiated after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank.

You can automatically extend in the portal when the car remains available, including the required 30-minute turnaround, and pay online. Online cancellation is free only when more than 24 hours remain before pickup.

Yes. All six cars are automatic and right-hand drive.
