This development policy explains how the booking system is designed to handle personal data. Final legal and privacy review is required before public launch.
What we collect
We collect booking contact details, driver eligibility details, front and back licence images, signatures, payment references, video completion, pickup-condition photos and security audit information such as time, IP address and device details.
How files are protected
Licence, contract and condition-photo storage is private. The system uses authorised server access or short-lived signed links rather than permanent public URLs. Bounce staff cannot access licence images, contracts or financial information.
Licence retention
Licence images are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the rental. An incident, legal or damage hold can suspend deletion. Contract evidence, accounting records and pickup-condition photographs follow separate retention requirements.
